Delivery of Goods
Our fruit is delivered direct to your premises via of vans. Your fruit will be dispatched from our warehouse and given straight to our drivers who will hand deliver your fruit. All order must be placed before 4:00pm to ensure next day delivery.
We offer free delivery to clients within a specified area, you can view that area on our map.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We operate a 100% product quality guarantee, so if you feel you are not happy with any product we will replace or refund the item(s).
Any problems must be communicated within 24 hours for us to honour the above, depending on the situation.
If you wish to cancel an order, it must be communicated a least day in advanced. Orders cancelled after this time, will incur the full charge of the order and any associated delivery fees.
Information Collection & Use
In order for Bobtail Fruit ltd to take payments from our clients we require your debit card, credit card and bank account information. This required information is necessary for us to process transactions via our online payment supplier Braintree. To read thier privary policy please click here.
Bobtail Fruit ltd process transactions via Braintree. Braintree vault securley store customer information, including payment method information. It is used for recurring billing and for non-recuring transactions details, so you do not need to re enter billing information each time a purchase is made. You can remove your saved cards anytime via "My Account"
Discount codes may only be used once per address, creating separate accounts in order to use a one time use code more than once is strictly not allowed. In any cases this happens we will issue an invoice for the outstanding balance.
