Easter Opening Times

Due to the Easter Holiday giving us a four-day weekend (woo!) Bobtail Fruit will not be operating at our regular hours. We will do our best to minimise disruptions, but here’s some clarity on what will happen over the Easter period:

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I usually get a delivery Weekly/Bi-weekly that would arrive on the Friday 7^th April. What happens to my delivery?

A: Your regular Friday delivery will instead arrive on Thursday 6^th April. If you have a delivery that arrives on the Thursday too, we will instead cancel your regular Friday delivery for this week.

Q: I usually get a delivery Weekly/Bi-weekly that would arrive on Monday 11^th April. What happens to my delivery?

A: Your regular Monday delivery will instead arrive on Tuesday 11^th April. If you have a delivery that also arrives on the Tuesday, we will instead cancel your regular Monday delivery for this week.

Q: Can I place a one-off order on Friday 7^th April or Monday 10^th April?

A: Unfortunately, you won’t be able to place one-off orders on these days. You’ll have to pick an alternative delivery date.

Q: Can I place a (bi-)weekly order on Friday 7^th April or Monday 10^th April?

A: Whilst we can still set up weekly deliveries for these dates, the deliveries won’t arrive on those dates. Instead, they will arrive on their respective substitute days (see Q1 and Q2). The following weeks will see service return as usual.

Q: I’m not quite happy with the systems put in place for this period. Can I request an alternative?

A: Of course, you can! Just get in touch with us (our contact details are at the bottom of this page) and we’ll be happy to help you as best we can!

Q: I still am unsure of the process during the easter holiday period. What do I do?
